Jack Witte
President/Owner
As president and owner of Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC, Jack holds overall responsibility for the sales and marketing of the business.
He began working at CAM in 2003 while he was earning his engineering degree. In 2005, he joined the company full time as a project engineer. Jack quickly assumed responsibility for sales and began to sell CAM and its suite of products on their technical merits. In 2013, Jack and two co-owners purchased CAM.
Over the years, Jack has built lasting relationships with the company’s growing customer base. He has worked hard to put together a team of technically savvy people who understand the market, the merits of road preservation and the range of options available to customers.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla, in 2005. He discovered his knack for sales when he joined the Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity and made it his mission to increase membership numbers.
Jack enjoys having a beer with his co-workers and taking a nap on Saturday afternoons. He likes hunting waterfowl and he loves boating with his wife and three young children on the Lake of the Ozarks.

Marc Taillon
Vice President Engineering and Operations/Owner
Marc is responsible for all aspects of finance and engineering at Corrective Asphalt Materials. He enjoys the company’s fast-paced environment and is known for his ability to think through all the steps of a project and spot potential conflicts and other issues.
He works with his team to ensure that every customer gets the highest level of customer service. That means every member of the team keeps the customer’s needs at the forefront and is willing to work relentlessly to solve any problems.
Marc has a strong manufacturing and operations background. Before joining CAM, he worked at Sunnen Products Company, AGT Services and The Gund Company.
For hobbies, Marc enjoys all things mechanical. Whether it is a boat or a car, he likes nothing better than to take them apart and then put them back together. And that is an interest that extends to his work at CAM. If any of the company’s heavy equipment breaks down unexpectedly, rather than delay the job, Marc has rolled up his sleeves and done everything he can to get it working again.
Marc has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla and an Associates Degree from SUNY Morrisville.

As General Manager, Mike oversees all facets of our business, spanning sales, operations, and administration. With an impressive career of over 38 years in the industry, he brings a comprehensive skill set encompassing people management, process optimization, budget oversight, and schedule coordination, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to exceptional customer service.
Mike was drawn to CAM by our core values and our collaborative approach to achieving successful outcomes for our customers. His extensive background in the commercial construction industry includes roles such as Superintendent and Director of Field Operations, where he consistently demonstrated his leadership and expertise. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mike holds OSHA and CPR certifications, underscoring his dedication to safety and preparedness.
Outside of work, Mike cherishes time with his family, including his five grandchildren, and enjoys collecting sports memorabilia. His personal and professional experiences make him a valuable asset to our team.

Rachel, who joined Corrective Asphalt Materials in 2008, is the business development manager for the Illinois and Wisconsin regions and manages two road crews.
Rachel believes that her success, and the success of the company, depends on exceptional customer service. Before joining the company, she worked in the transportation industry.
She is the president-elect of the APWA Chicago Metro Chapter and is also involved with the Wisconsin Chapter of APWA, the Illinois Association of County Engineers, Townships Officials of Illinois and numerous other industry associations.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Joining CAM in 2024, Jeremy Huckaby serves as the Territory Sales Manager for Corrective Asphalt Materials (CAM) in the states of Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Jeremy graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in sales and promotions. His entire career has been spent serving the coatings industry with a heavy concentration in the municipal infrastructure world.
He now works with municipalities, counties, consulting firms and general contractors to design long-term solutions for asphalt preservation and maintenance. Jeremy’s consultative approach includes serving specification development needs and providing road inspections, product demonstrations, technical presentations and project proposals.
Outside of work Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children as well as fishing and watching college football and basketball.

Logan Sanders is the Territory Sales Manager for Corrective Asphalt Materials representing Iowa, Arkansas and western Missouri. Logan joined the team in 2023, and impacted our operations immediately. Prior to joining CAM, Logan spent six years in the B2B manufacturing industry servicing and selling automation systems for CNC machinery.
Logan takes great pride in clear and consistent communication with customers. He positions himself as a resource to those he serves. A graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in entrepreneurship, Logan’s favorite aspect of his role is having a positive effect on the communities within his territory.
In his spare time, Logan races cars, motorcycles and dirt bikes with his wife and three-year-old daughter.

Isabella Dangelo , Joined CAM November 2025 Isabella is the territory manager for Corrective Asphalt materials representing the state of MN. Previous to joining CAM, Isabella worked in the oil field industry selling production chemicals used in the process for oil production.
Isabella’s strength in relationship building with a fearless attitude brings energy to quickly impact the sales efforts for the team .
Isabella’s hobbies include riding her Friesian/ Percheron horse in dressage and trail riding, also enjoying gourmet cooking and podcasting.

Jack was recently promoted from Area Supervisor to Project Manager. He will be using his years of experience in the industry in a more managerial role to help the company increase efficiencies in many different areas as we continue to grow. He is in charge of working with both sales and operations to assist in project coordination. He works within all of our 9-state region. He will travel to assist with a variety of things: from bidding a project, to completion of a project, to post project activities such as coring and customer follow-up.
Jack has been in the asphalt industry for more than 30 years. Before CAM, Jack worked for DuPage Asphalt Co in Naperville for five years and for Boecker Road Maintenance for seven years until it was purchased by CAM.
He is proud of his knowledge in this field, and he has a healthy respect for the equipment he uses every day. Jack is not just good at his job. He loves his work and the company that makes it possible. Jack is OSHA- and flagger- certified.
When not at work, Jack enjoys working in his yard and fixing cars and other equipment. He has a green thumb and enjoys tending to his plants both at home and in his office at work. He enjoys spending time with his Family and all of his cats.

Mike is our operations manager at our Sugar Grove location. He manages the day to day operations of the office and crew, facilitates inside sales and estimating, and works closely with customers to ensure we are delivering great customer service. He enjoys being able to work with the customers and supporting our crews in the field.
Before obtaining his current position, Mike was a branch manager and regional manager for different companies, in which he managed operations in the field of industrial and commercial access systems. These positions helped him learn the importance of team building and how that translates to a positive working environment, better customer service, and improved efficiency.
When not working in the field or the office, Mike likes to fish and golf. He was once an avid skydiver, with one of his biggest accomplishments is a total of 300 jumps and living to tell the tale. He is also a history buff and reads around 3-4 books a month.

Like any effective operations manager, Eric ensures he is at the nerve center of everything at CAM. His role includes internal functions such as HR, facility operations and purchasing, while his customer-facing responsibilities range from scheduling and customer relations to account management. He particularly enjoys working on end-to-end projects where he can ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Eric believes in life-long learning and his role at CAM provides him with ample opportunities to learn and grow. In addition, he is studying business administration with a goal to earn an MBA.
Before joining CAM, Eric spent seven years in the Marines and has held jobs as a warehouse supervisor, operations manager and leader. He says teamwork, effective communication and careful planning have been vital to his success.
As a family man, Eric can think of nothing better than spending time with his wife and three boys. To relax, he enjoys going to the gym and running.

Dwayne has been a dedicated leader in the operations and transportation industry for over two decades. With a career rooted in safety, service, and efficiency, he has consistently delivered results in high-demand environments. Before joining LRS in Iowa, Dwayne held key leadership roles at ACE Solid Waste, and PODS. In each role, he successfully managed multi-site operations, led large frontline teams, and implemented improvements in safety, performance, and customer experience.
Known for his hands-on leadership and calm-under-pressure approach, Dwayne takes immense pride in his deep knowledge of operations, logistics, and safety. He has a strong respect for both the people and equipment that keep daily operations running smoothly—and believes that great outcomes start with engaged teams and clear communication. He holds several certifications, including Smith System Defensive Driving, Class B CDL, and Servant Leadership.
When he is off the clock, Dwayne is a die-hard classic car enthusiast who attends as many car shows as he can. He also enjoys hitting the open road on his Harley and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family. Whether it is people, projects, or engines, Dwayne brings the same passion and dedication that defines his professional life.

Wade is a crew leader at Corrective Asphalt Materials. He takes great pride in getting a job done correctly and on time. His work allows him to be outdoors, which is perfect for a man who could not imagine spending his days sitting at a desk.
Before he joined the CAM team, Wade was a plumber and worked in the construction industry where he learned not just how to organize his time, but also to keep his tools and inventory in order.
When you ask Wade about the greatest achievement of his life, the answer comes easily: Raising his three children with his wife.
When Wade is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hitting the trails on his bike or getting in a game of golf.

Danny is an Area Supervisor at Corrective Asphalt Materials. He works at our Sugar Grove location and is responsible for operating our distributor truck as well as supervising a crew of 4-5 members. In this role, he does things such as making sure trucks are loaded for the day, communicating with customers when he is on the job, and finding solutions to any issues that may arise in the shop or on the job.
Danny started at CAM in 2012 shoveling on the crack seal crew. He is most proud of how he worked his way up to Area Supervisor by working his way through each role in the company. What he loves most about the job is the different and new challenges it provides. As a bonus he gets to work outdoors.
Before joining CAM, Danny worked for his father’s company operating heavy equipment and repairing trucks. He had been doing this since he was a teen. This experience has helped teach him how to work with people. It also helped him become the self-starter he is today. We know his father would be proud of him. Danny was also a firefighter/medic in his early twenties.
When not working, you can find Danny spending time with his fiancé, and dog, Tucker. He also enjoys working on his truck or being the handy man at home. Danny likes to say he can fix anything but a broken heart.

Demetrius Hill serves as Crew Superintendent for Corrective Asphalt Materials, bringing a strong background in leadership, field operations, and heavy equipment. A Florida native and U.S. Army Reserve veteran with six years of service, Demetrius is a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator by trade and holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management. He’s known for his hands-on approach, team-first mindset, and personal motto: “Hard work works.” Outside of work, Demetrius enjoys spending quality time with his family and cheering on his favorite NFL team, the Baltimore Ravens.
